Step 1: Onboarding Meeting
We collect information from you to help refine and shape our research. Each Funding Menu that is created for each client is unique. Companies that purchase the service will attend an onboarding meeting where they will communicate what it is they are looking for so our team can make personalized recommendations. Clients can choose certain types of funding, minimum dollar thresholds, locations, industries, and more. If there is something specific you would like us to focus on, the onboarding meeting gives you the opportunity to tell us about it.
Step 2: First Look Review
Our halfway check-in meeting is to answer any questions you may have, modify research, and see time-sensitive opportunities. Approximately halfway through the research process E.B. Howard Consulting will meet with the client for a first look review. The first look review affords the client an opportunity to provide feedback on the results so far and set goals for the remainder of the project. This feedback will be integrated into research for the funding forecasting to further meet client needs.
Step 3: Final Review
We review all findings, answer any questions, and develop a strategy to move forward with the opportunities in your menu.
