ED/IES SBIR anticipates that the Fiscal Year 2017 solicitation will be released in late November or early December 2016. The submission deadline will be 45 days after the release of the solicitation. The award notification date will be within 90 days of the submission deadline. ED/IES SBIR will not be offering a Fast-Track (Phase I & II) solicitation in 2017.
