The Division of Minority and Women’s Business Development (DMWBD) has completed its review of our application for State Certification as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and has determined that E.B. Howard Consulting firm meets eligibility requirements for certification, pursuant to New York State Executive Law, Article 15-A.
E.B. Howard Consulting began the application process in November of 2015 and was notified on December 31, 2015, that the application was received and under review. On December 30, of 2106, E.B. Howard Consulting was granted certification status.
