IPart’s SBIR/STTR Phase I clients are participating in the MicroVoucher (MV) Program. They can choose to receive SBIR/STTR-specific proposal assistance from E.B. Howard Consulting.

Federal SBIR and STTR programs have more than $2 billion in funding offered by 11 different agencies but navigating the submission processes can be overwhelming—and costly—for a small business.
