  • Acceleprise San Francisco Cohort 10 – Acceleprise is a SaaS focused accelerator with locations in San Francisco, New York City and Melbourne. We provide $50K in funding for 5% in the U.S. locations and $75K in funding for 7.5% in Melbourne, subsidized office space, mentorship and key introductions to customers and investors.   • LeadHERs in Digital Health– LeadHERs is a pitch competition designed for select startups (co)founded or (co)led by women. The 2-day event consists of a series of workshops and a pitch platform where entrepreneurs present their innovations. Day 1 (invite only, contact us) focuses on workshops that teach early and seed stage digital health startups critical lessons in support of sustainable company growth. Day 2 is the pitch competition which features each team for a 7-minute presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A. Due November 30 & December 1, 2018.
  • EXPO 202 Dubai UAEThe Expo Live Innovation Impact Grant Programme aims to fund novel and innovative solutions that encapsulate the spirit of Expo 2020 Dubai’s overall theme: ‘Connecting Minds, Creating the Future’. The programme awards funding of up to USD 100,000 each to social enterprises, startups and grassroots projects from around the world, based on their potential to impact the environment positively and generate real social value.   • America’s seed Fund – We support research and development of groundbreaking, high-impact, high-risk technology. As we review applications, we consider your technology’s innovativeness, commercial potential, and possible societal impact. Due December 4, 2018.
  • iLAB ResidencyOakland is a unique space for growth as it carries a history and culture of community orientation, intersectional activism, and a grassroots approach to solving local issues. Silicon Valley boasts ideas of disruptive innovation and radical solutions; However, Oakland keeps it real as a leader with a reputation & history of disruptive social change. Oakland’s local talent and entrepreneurs could have unprecedented opportunities in our growing innovation economy if tapped in.   • Network Catalyst Application – In this program, you’ll meet Reid Hoffman, Ev Williams, and other epic founders for feedback and strategy sessions. In 2018, founders met Bill Gates, Eric Schmidt, Reid Hoffman, Bob Iger, Sara Blakely, Abby Johnson, Ben Silbermann, John Donahoe and more members of the Village Global network. Due December 7, 2018.
  • Reflect America’ Fellowship – The fellowship program is designed for an early- or mid-career journalist who wants to work and grow in one of the nation’s most dynamic newsrooms. The Fellow will have the opportunity to gain critical skills in reporting, writing and producing on audio and digital platforms while working with some of the country’s best journalists. Due December 9, 2018.
  • Mobility.Pioneers – Accelerating Innovation – The ultimate meeting point for tech innovators; where decision makers from mobility industry providers meet 70 of the most promising seed and Series A startups working on truly game-changing technologies.   • Reflect America Fellowship – The Reflect America Fellowship will bring a tenacious journalist to NPR for 18 months to help our journalism look and sound like America by finding new, diverse sources.The fellowship is designed for an early- or mid-career journalist who wants to work and grow in one of the nation’s most dynamic newsrooms. The Fellow will have the opportunity to gain critical skills in reporting, writing and producing on audio and digital platforms while working with some of the country’s best journalists.   • Ilim Group and GenerationS Corporate Accelerator – Ilim Group is a leader in Russian pulp and paper industry and one of the industry leaders globally with a wide geography of sales. Ilim Group has three largest pulp and paper mills located in Arkhangelsk and Irkutsk regions, and two modern corrugated box plants in Leningrad and Moscow regions. The Group’s mills produce over 75% of all domestically produced market pulp, 20% of cardboard, and 10% of paper. Due December 14, 2018.
  • Apple Entrepreneur Camp – Research shows that women face unique challenges in technology, especially when starting and leading companies. That’s why we created Apple Entrepreneur Camp, for organizations founded and led by women.Our goal is to help these entrepreneurs as they work on the next generation of cutting-edge apps and to form a global network that encourages the pipeline and longevity of women in technology.Due December 14, 2018.
  • Tech and Human Rights Fellowship Program – The Tech+Human Rights Fellowship program is part of a new Carr Center for Human Rights Policy initiative to examine how technological advances over the next several decades will affect the future of human life, as well as the protections provided by the human rights framework. Due December 14, 2018.
  • HBCUvc 30 Under 30 Black, Latinx, Afro-Latinx in Venture Capital – HBCUvc is publishing a list of rising Black, Latinx, and Afro-Latinx leaders in venture capital. Please use this form to self nominate and share more about your work in venture capital. We are creating this list to bring visibility to the changing demographics in venture capital and to spotlight the amazing work you are doing. Due December 19, 2018.
  • Boomtown Accelerators – Boomtown accelerators are 12-week programs designed to help promising startups optimize, revolutionize, and accelerate their development and growth. We invest in 16 industries and 34 technologies, and customize every program around each team’s needs. Teams get $20K in cash (intended for use as a stipend during the 12 weeks), $1.7MM+ in discounts and perks, a personalized curriculum, strategic staff support, a bomb-proof Demo Day pitch, office space and amenities, expert mentors, alumni status, and exposure to potential customers — in exchange for 6% common stock equity (which doesn’t count as a funding round and thus doesn’t affect your valuation.).   • Barclays Accelerator, Powered by Techstars – Tel Aviv – This unique partnership between Barclays and Techstars brings two networks together into one accelerator program that offers entrepreneurs unprecedented access not only to a world leading bank, but also to Techstars international mentor and investor relationships.   • Lair East Labs Accelerator Winter 2019– Twice a year, we invest $50K to startup companies who are ready to explore and take on our program. With our top expertise and professional network of Silicon Valley entrepreneurship and exclusive access to valuable mentors and investors, Lair East Labs proudly announces its fourth cohort- Winter 2019. By participating in a 10-week program, portfolio companies get access to the best of both worlds – Learn from alumni founders of top Silicon Valley-style accelerators and gain access to a mentor and investor network with extensive experience navigating the Asia market.   • Hyper Accelerator HyperAccelerator January 2019 – This is the six day hyper-intensive accelerator with 60+mentors and venture capital preparation for companies that are launching their angel or VC raise. All the nuts and bolts for a successful pitch including valuation, exit strategy, market strategy, due diligence, term sheets, pitch academy and more. Due December 25, 2018.
  • MuckerLab 2018 : MuckerLab is a low-volume, high-touch accelerator program. We work closely with only 10-12 companies per year to help them reach the business milestones that will position them for top tier venture funding. Most companies work from Mucker’s office in Santa Monica over the course of the one-year long program. Due December 31, 2018.
  • Plug & Play Ventures / Startup Camp Startup Camp Winter 2019: The Plug and Play Startup Camp is a program designed to immerse startups and entrepreneurs into the Silicon Valley environment. Through a combination of structured workshops, speaker series, mentorship sessions as well as active coaching, startup founders will crystallize their ideas and business plans, build out their startup’s business model and prototypes as well as present their refined pitches to the venture capital community. Qualified Startup Camp participants are eligible to receive an investment of $25,000 upon acceptance into the program. Due December 31, 2018.
  • PXOS NESTING 2018Project X Open Source, belongs to the people and it makes sense we should support our own. PXOS Nesting process lasts 12 months, at each state we will provide different funding rounds, PX Token holders will vote on the project they like the most, the project will the most votes accumulated will be the winner for that year, and will get from 10MM to 100Millions PX Tokens = 2MM to 20Million US dollars. Initially, we will provide 1 Million PX tokens with a US value of $200,000 to the top 20 participants, each stage, based on innovation, security, user-friendly and reach projects will be evaluated.   • SATELLITE 2019 Startup Space – All SATELLITE 2019 attendees will have access to Startup Space, a competition where entrepreneurs pitch their business and technology ideas to a panel of highly accomplished space professionals, investors, thought leaders, and fellow entrepreneurs. Due December 31, 2018.
  • Disruptive Labs Incubator ProgramOur early-stage incubator program is designed to help founders get their startups off the ground. We work with a very limited group of startups (2-3 at a time) and provide extensive one-on-one attention and services, tailored to their individual needs. Due December 31, 2018.

  • Echoing Green’s eighth Direct Impact: Direct Impact is Echoing Green’s innovative board leadership program created to transform rising stars of the private sector into highly effective board leaders of some of the world’s most innovative social enterprises. Echoing Green invests deeply in the leadership of innovators and entrepreneurs around the world in order to accelerate their social and environmental impact. Due November 1, 2018.
  • BGV Pitch Competition – Black Girl Ventures (BGV) creates place-based initiatives to provide access to capital for Black women entrepreneurs. Our mission is to use entrepreneurship support and training as a vehicle for poverty alleviation and wealth building. Black women founders are underserved, unbanked and underfunded.   • Techstars Berlin – Berlin is the fastest growing startup ecosystem in the world. It is attracting founders from all over Europe who are coming to build their companies amidst a sea of top talent, a supportive community and a great place to live.   • SAP.iO Foundry New York– SAP.iO Foundry offers a founder-friendly, no-equity program providing access to SAP APIs, SAP technologies, and opportunities for exposure to SAP customers. Due November 5, 2018.
  • Fall Venture Fair 2018 Application – The Annual Fall Venture Fair provides students with the opportunity to present their ideas and receive critical feedback from successful entrepreneurs and other knowledgeable practitioners from our entrepreneurial community in a fun and energized forum.   • Arcadis City of 2030 Accelerator, Powered by Techstars – As our first program in Amsterdam, the Arcadis City of 2030 Accelerator, Powered by Techstars is looking for teams pioneering technologies that will revolutionize how we live, work and travel in cities now and in the decades to come. Innovative solutions that will transform the natural and built environment and improve the quality of life.   • Real Elevator Pitch Competition – The competition is open only to undergraduate students at all colleges and universities. Two types of pitches are considered: for-profit ideas and not-for-profit ideas. Prizes are awarded to first place ($3,000), second place ($2,000) and third place: ($1,000) in each track. Due November 12, 2018.
  • SPIE Startup Challenge at Photonics West – SPIE Startup Challenge is a high-stakes, global competition where entrepreneurs in photonics have just 5 minutes each to pitch their businesses to a team of expert judges, and vie for over $85,000 in cash, prizes, promotion, and more.Held annually at Photonics West, this competitive event invites new entrepreneurs to pitch their light-based technology business plan to a team of corporate development experts and venture capitalists.   • Code2040 Fellows Program – As a Code2040 Fellow, you’ll spend your summer in an intensive career accelerator for 10 weeks between June and August. You’ll intern at a top-tech company and participate in a series of learning experiences designed to equip you with the tools and resources you need to navigate the tech industry and build an exciting career. You’ll engage in racial equity advocacy work in a much more intimate cohort. You’ll be equipped with knowledge on what’s happening in the industry, what systems need to change, and what your role is as a racial equity advocate. Due November 13, 2018.
  • Capital Innovators – Capital Innovators is a nationally ranked 12-week accelerator program offering startups with traction $50,000 as well as access to over $1 MM in perks and benefits, mentorship, connections with the community’s top businesses and leaders, access to an extensive network of investors, office space and business programming. Due November 16, 2018.
  • Next Media Accelerator – Next Media Accelerator is the premier hub for media innovation in Europe. It is a network driven accelerator for startups that aim at transforming the conventional approach to the media industry (journalism, content, advertising) by embracing digital technology and with a scalable business model. We host batches of up to five teams over six months at our offices in Hamburg. Due November 16, 2018.
  • OpenAI 2019 WinterDiversity is core to AI having a positive effect on the world — it’s necessary to ensure the advanced AI systems in the future are built to benefit everyone. While we hope that some of the scholars will join OpenAI (as happened with the first cohort!), we want this program to improve diversity in the field at large. Due November 16, 2018.
  • Google Podcasts creator program is an accelerator program developed to lower barriers to podcasting and increase the diversity of voices in the industry globally. Selected teams will receive seed funding and participate in an intensive 20-week training program. Due November 18, 2018.
  • SXSW Pitch (formerly SXSW Accelerator® Pitch Event) showcases innovative new technology to a panel of Judges and Emcees who are industry experts, high profiled media personal, as well as Venture Capital / Angel investors. Please be aware that this is not a fundraising event. Due November 18, 2018.
  • GIST Tech-I 2019 – The GIST Tech-I Competition is an annual competition for science and technology entrepreneurs from emerging economies worldwide. Aspiring innovators submit their ideas and startups online which are then reviewed by experts before they enter a global public vote to pick the top entrepreneurs who compete in the Tech-I finals. Due November 23, 2018.
  • Sting Accelerate – Sting Accelerate gathers Stockholm’s most promising digital startups. Twice a year, the program provides eight hand-picked startups with an exclusive package of 300 000 SEK in funding, tailored coaching, support with financing and recruitment, access to Sting’s wide network and free office space at A house. Due November 25, 2018.
  • Camelback Ventures is an accelerator that identifies, develops, and promotesearly-stage underrepresented entrepreneurs with the aim to increase individual and community education, and generational wealth. Due November 26, 2018.
  • EdTech Hyper Accelerator Nov 2018 – The Hyper Accelerator is a week-long program designed for later stage companies from around the world seeking guidance on fundraising, brand positioning, US and New York market entry, and customer insight. Due November 26-29, 2018.
  • Verizon EdTech Challenge– The Verizon 5G EdTech Challenge is a nationwide open call to find innovative, cutting-edge, education technologies that will transform middle school education. Due November 30, 2018.
  • BREW Accelerator 6 – Startups from around the world compete for selection into the BREW Accelerator by creatively solving water-related technology challenges. At the end of each program, BREW participants pitch their ideas to investors, universities, government entities and corporations for potential partnerships, acquisition or funding. Upon completion of the program, participating companies can continue to collaborate with others in the industry through ongoing engagement with the BREW Alumni Network. Due November 30, 2018.
  • BREW Corporate Accelerator – BREW Corporate Accelerator, an expansion of the BREW Accelerator launched in 2013, connects freshwater technology startups with committed funding corporations looking to fast track innovative solutions to their water-related challenges. This round of BREW Corporate is powered by A. O. Smith Corporation. Upon completion of the program, participating companies can continue to collaborate with others in the industry through ongoing engagement with the BREW Alumni Network. Due November 30, 2018.
  • Orion Startup Accelerator – Orion Startups is an acceleration/investment program for early stage startups based on Chihuahua, Mexico. Our goal is to take companies from the concept to a capital access position in a 5 months prog more. Due November 30, 2018.
  • Air Force Accelerator Powered by Techstars – The technology accelerator will focus on developing better relationships with commercially viable startup companies with dual-purpose technologies – technologies that have a private sector application as well as government application. Due November 30, 2018.

October 2018

  • The Social Innovation Lab (SIL) at Johns Hopkins Universityaccelerates emerging ventures and leaders that seek to change Baltimore and the world. SIL does this by providing funding, mentorship, office space and workshops to help innovative non-profits, mission-driven companies and disruptive technologies develop and grow into thriving, sustainable ventures that make a measurable impact. Due October 1, 2018.
  • Chloe Capital is seeking out underrepresented voices in the tech industry. We believe that innovation can come from anyone, anywhere.The tour will launch near the end of 2018 and will extend through 2019. We will begin and end the tour near our headquarters in Upstate NY. We’re in discussions with city champions about holding events in the following locations: Rochester, Boston, Denver, Chicago and Binghamton, New Orleans, New York City, San Francisco and Austin. Due October 1, 2018.
  • Amplify LA Accelerator – Our flexible structure is built around each founder — no mandatory schedule or recycled calendar of activities. We give you the freedom to continue doing what you do best, while we take care of the rest; we provide $100k-$250k in funding, access to high-quality talent and additional capital from the right investors for your company, free workspace at our Venice campus and extensive hands-on mentorship.   • The Point 25 Initiative matches the most promising women-led companies with amazing C-level Advisors for their Advisory Boards. The ‘Point 25’ name refers to the 0.25% equity incentive that an advisor often receives for serving in the role. It’s based on the belief that – while money is a large part of what determines the success of a company – having the right network of helpful and influential advisors can really propel a business forward. This is also an effort to facilitate advisory board roles for prominent leaders who wish to give back to the startup ecosystem.   • Chipotle Aluminaries Project – The Chipotle Aluminaries Project is an accelerator designed to help growth stage ventures take their businesses to the next level.Chipotle has learned how to scale real food for all, and they want to share learnings and illuminate the innovation happening in the industry, giving growing ventures both a spotlight and world-class coaching from established leaders such as global social entrepreneur Kimbal Musk and chef Richard Blais.   • Halcyon Incubator – Are you dreaming up something big? Do you know someone who’s buzzing with a new idea they think could change the world? We want to hear all about it! Applications are now open for Halcyon Incubator’s Spring 2019 cohort.   • PepsiCo new accelerator program is seeking 10 sustainably-minded start-ups based in the U.S. or Canada for its first incubator class. Selected start-ups will participate in a six-month business optimization program and will be granted $20,000 – Apply by October 12, 2018.
  • Capital Factory – FUNDRAISING -Every day there are angel investors and venture capitalists doing office hours. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT -Every week there are big companies asking us for introductions to startups. MENTORSHIP – Every day, Austin’s most successful CEO’s and executives pay it forward doing office hours.RECRUITING – Last year, more than 50,000 programmers came through our doors for meetups.   • The Brandery Batch 9 – The Brandery is a nationally-ranked accelerator that leverages the expertise of the Cincinnati region, namely branding, marketing, and design. In addition to an elite mentor network, startups are paired with world-class creative agencies and have access to some of the biggest companies in the world, including Procter & Gamble and Kroger. The Brandery runs one,16-week accelerator program a year for five companies. The participating startups each receive $100K, a year of free office space, and over $200K in additional benefits.   • Techstars Anywhere – Techstars Anywhere provides a full Techstars program through a virtual accelerator experience. Founders follow the proven Techstars approach to accelerate their business and #domorefaster. The investment they make in each company in capital, time, and network is exactly the same as every other Techstars accelerator. Due October 14, 2018.
  • MIT $100K Pitch – Accelerate is the second contest of the MIT $100K, through which competitors get to focus on prototyping. Semi-finalists get a budget, access to industry experts, and a dedicated month to test their idea’s manifestation into a product or service. They then present their prototypes behind closed doors. Finalists compete live for a $10K Grand Prize and a $3K Audience Choice Award. Due October 14, 2018.
  • Backstage Capital’s Launch AcceleratorBackstage Capital launched an accelerator for startups led by underrepresented founders. The firm will invest $100,000 in each company in exchange for 5% equity. The accelerator’s locations are Philadelphia, London, Los Angeles, and Detroit.   • Parallel18Parallel18 is a 5 month program in Puerto Rico which helps you accelerate your business. The best part is that they give each company $40k (no equity taken!) and lots of mentors. I have been a mentor since the start and love it. There are lots of tax incentives, Latin American connections, and it’s the US legal system.   • “Business of Blockchain” Commercialization Lab. Springboard Enterprises’ Tech Innovation Hub is running a blockchain commercialization lab for women-led, seed to series A companies using blockchain as a core technology. Applications are open and will be accepted on a rolling basis.   • The Wing’s Accelerator, The Wingable ChallengeThe Wing is committing a minimum of $100,000 to invest across at least four women-run start-ups. The program runs 4 months and ends with a pitch day in January. The chosen startups will receive mentoring from prominent female founders.   • America’s 1st digital startup accelerator – GSE digital accelerator programs are open to all small businesses, startups, and freelancers. Each application round is rolling admission until the top 100 are selected to complete the program. From the finalist pool, 10 will be selected to pitch investors and influencers on demo day. The top 3 are announced at the conclusion of the program to receive partner prizes, media features, and potential investment. Due October 16-18, 2018.
  • U.Pitch Competition – U.Pitch brings together the best students from a cross-section of universities in this ultimate national elevator pitch competition. In just 90 seconds, students compete for national recognition and a prize pool of $10,000. They also have the opportunity to showcase their idea or startup in front of hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders and other students from the entrepreneurial community.   • Women’s Pitch Competition – Apply to pitch your innovation or business idea and win cash prizes. Applications will open on October 1, 2018 and close October 19, 2018. The structure of this event will include a 5-minute innovation pitch followed by a 5-minute question and answer period from our guest judges. Cash prizes will be awarded to fund business and product development. Following the pitch competition a resource networking event will take place. Due October 19, 2018.
  • Echoing Green Fellowship. Echoing Green will provide more than $4.6 million in unrestricted seed-stage funding and strategic foundational support this year to emerging leaders working to bring about positive social change. Over the past three decades, our total investment is over $40 million to more than 700 world-class leaders. Due October 30, 2018.
  • Founder Friendly Labs 2019 Winter – Our founders are experienced tech industry professionals and include veterans from Google, Apple, Facebook, and Microsoft, a Co-Founder of Excite, and a Partner from Sequoia Capital. They are experts in AI, Machine Learning, Marketing, Productivity, Marketplaces, Deep Learning, IoT, NLP, VR, Financial Planning, Insurance, and more. Due October 31, 2018.
