Critical Update:
All proposing small businesses must now complete the Disclosures of Foreign Affiliations or Relationships to Foreign Countries using the new web form integrated into Volume 7 of the proposal submission in DSIP. PDF uploads are no longer accepted. Ensure this form is fully completed and submitted to allow your proposal to be certified and submitted by your Corporate Official. Note that previous versions of this form will not be accepted as Supporting Documents in Volume 5.
