The 2018 Inclusive Innovation Challenge (IIC): North America is presented by the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation – registration deadline for IIC North America is May 29, 2018, at 11:59 pm ET.
The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation is a grantmaking organization dedicated primarily to sustained investment in the quality of life of the people of Southeast Michigan and Western New York. The two areas reflect Ralph C. Wilson, Jr.’s devotion to his hometown of Detroit and greater Buffalo, home of his Buffalo Bills franchise. Hosting the Challenge in Detroit provides an unprecedented opportunity to showcase the economic and workforce revitalization taking place across Southeast Michigan and demonstrate the ways that the region is growing inclusively.
In each of the four IIC Award Categories, three North America Finalists will be announced. These twelve Finalists will fly to the IIC North America Celebration in Detroit, USA. At this event, eight Finalists will be awarded $5,000. Four Winners will receive $20,000 and an all-expenses-paid trip to MIT, where they will have the opportunity to each win the $250,000 Global Grand Prize in their Award Category.
The IIC North America Regional Finalists will gather in Detroit, MI, where the Future of Work is truly being reinvented. The Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation will host the Celebration, featuring leading speakers from the local and regional ecosystem.
