About the Pre-Release:
The following #DOD organizations participating in the #SBIR 19.3 BAA invite small businesses to propose innovative solutions in response to announcement topics.

  • Navy
  • Air Force
  • Defense Health Agency
  • Defense Logistics Agency
  • Office of the Secretary of Defense ManTech
  • U.S. Special Operations Command

The following #DOD organizations participating in the #STTR 19.C BAA invite small businesses and research institutions to jointly propose cooperative research and development efforts in response to announcement topics:

  • Army
  • Air Force
  • Defense Health Agency
  • Missile Defense Agency

The #DOD will begin accepting proposals on September 24, 2019, and will close to proposals on October 23, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. ET. Plan ahead and submit your proposal early to avoid heavy traffic on the site during the final week.
